Career transition

Combining sport with education or work has become increasingly challenging for athletes. Therefore, FIAS Athletes Commission decided to create a short guideline which should advise SAMBO athletes with their transition from sporting career into the business world. The guidelines are based on five milestones TIME MANAGEMENT, BALANCING SPORT, EDUCATION, LIFE SKILLS, EMPLOYMENT and should demonstrate the right path of success in athlete future. SAMBO is pure amateur sport which gives to an athlete moral values instead of financial one. Hence, FIAS is trying to keep the elite athlete involve in our sport by organizing seminars and workshop for them during its main sport events.
