FIAS Secretary Program Lite

Welcome to the website section dedicated to the FIAS Secretary Program Lite software suite.

This software suite allows to hold competitions in all SAMBO disciplines at the level of international competitions. It is based on the FIAS Secretary Program (software suite for holding international competitions).

This software suite includes all necessary functions and modules that provide high accuracy and convenience in the organization and conducting of competitions. Its use allows to automate many processes, which greatly facilitates the work of organizers and referees.

About the program

Functionality of the FIAS Secretary Program Lite:

• Determining of the exact team composition taking part in the competition;
• Confirmation/refutation of the declared weight categories of athletes;
• Formation of the tournament bracket of competitions for each weight category;
• Drawing up and managing the schedules of bouts on the mats;
• Broadcasting on monitors the schedules of bouts on mats, as well as the results of bouts in real time;
• Formation of the referee team for each mat at the competitions, as well as assigning them to the planned bouts by mat;
• Evaluation of the work of referees who took part in the competitions;
• Formation of competition score sheets.

The FIAS Secretary Program Lite consists of 2 main components:

“Server” – to be installed on one of the computers used for the competition. It is intended for aggregation of competition data from the Secretary's computers, computers on the mats, etc.;

“Client” – a program that allows you to conduct preparatory work for competitions, draws, formation of the tournament bracket and final score sheets.

Server – a software suite to be installed on one of the computers used for competitions (can be a separate computer or a secretary's computer). To start the server, it is necessary to install VirtualBox. In VirtualBox it is necessary to install nucvm.ova. In case of an error, during the installation process, you need to install Windows components (VC_redist_x64.exe).
