Secretary program Light

Welcome to the section of the site dedicated to the “Secretary Program Light” software package.

This complex makes it possible to hold competitions in all SAMBO disciplines at the level of international competitions. The software package is based on the “Secretary Program” (a software package for holding international competitions). This software package includes all the necessary functions and modules that provide high accuracy and convenience in organizing and conducting competitions. Its use allows you to automate many processes, which greatly simplifies the work of organizers and referees.

About the program

Functionality of the "Secretary Program Light":

• Determining the exact composition of the teams taking part in the competition;
• Confirmation/refutation of the declared weight categories of athletes;
• Formation of a tournament grid for each weight category;
• Scheduling and managing mat fights;
• Broadcast to monitors the schedule of fights on the mats, as well as the results of fights in real time;
• Formation of a panel of referees for each mat at competitions, as well as assigning them to planned bouts on the mat;
• Evaluation of the work of referees who took part in competitions;
• Formation of competition protocols.

The software package “Secretary Program Light” consists of 2 main components:

• “Server” – installed on one of the computers used for the competition. Designed for aggregation of competition data from the Secretary's computers, mat computers, etc.;
• “Client” – a program that allows you to carry out preparatory work for competitions, drawing lots, forming a tournament grid and resulting protocols.
