5 March 2011 the German SAMBO Federation is celebrating its 10th anniversary. 10 years of this Federation work represent an example of wise approach to the development of SAMBO and show what significant successes can be achieved. FIAS congratulates the German SAMBO Federation. We wish luck to all German athletes. We wish to the President of German Sambo Fedеration Mr. Josef Bart and management of the Federation new creative ideas and a lot of effort for the development of SAMBO both in Germany and around the world.

The International SAMBO Federation (FIAS) is a non-governmental, public, non-profit organization that unites National SAMBO Federations. FIAS is the only internationally recognized organization responsible for the development of SAMBO worldwide.

The FIAS website regularly features SAMBO news, as well as SAMBO videos and photos from SAMBO competitions. It also includes the official competition calendar of the International SAMBO Federation, the International SAMBO Rules, and other documents regulating tournaments in Sport SAMBO, Combat SAMBO and Beach SAMBO.
