National SAMBO Championship and Cadets, Youth and Junior SAMBO Championship of Armenia were held in Yerevan

The capital's sports complex "Dinamo" became the venue for the National SAMBO Championship and Cadets, Youth and Junior SAMBO Championship of Armenia. From March 4 to March 8, athletes of various ages fought for medals in Sport SAMBO competitions among cadets, youth, juniors, as well as among men and women. In addition, a Combat SAMBO tournament among men was held.

More than 350 sambists from various regions of the country took part in the competition. The Championships have become qualifying tournaments for the formation of the national teams of Armenia, which will take part in international competitions. Recall that Yerevan will be the venue for the main start of the year – the World SAMBO Championships 2023, which will be held in the capital of Armenia on November 10-12.
