Sambo Federation of Israel held an anti-doping seminar for the national team

Sambo Federation of Israel, together with the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA), held a seminar for athletes of the country's national team. During the educational event, issues related to the ban on the use of prohibited substances, as well as doping control procedures at competitions, were discussed.
“One of the important goals of our federation is to educate sports youth in the spirit of fair wrestling and “clean” sport. At this seminar, it was very important for us to tell the sambists of the country what harm illicit substances do to health, and also to discuss the possible use of doping from the moral side. Together with the Israeli NADA, we have tried to give as much information as possible about the correct use of drugs, as well as explain the rights and obligations of athletes during doping control. We see the importance of cooperation with the national office of NADA and will continue to work together for “clean” and fair sport in the country and in the world,” said Pavel Musin, head coach and vice-president of the Sambo Federation of Israel.
Recall that earlier WADA published 2023 prohibited list.
