FIAS invites SAMBO athletes, coaches and passionate for fourth online training session with ComplexCore

Since January 2021, the International SAMBO Federation (FIAS) is collaborating with ComplexCore on unique online educational training sessions which has been already attended by more than 700 SAMBO coaches and athletes around the world. Due to the success of the previous sessions, FIAS would organize two more educational webinars focusing on healthy approach in training of SAMBO which concentrating on upper body stability, flexibility and mobility.
