FIAS organized Anti-Doping Educational Webinar covering TUE procedure & Changes for 2022 WADA Prohibited List

The International SAMBO Federation (FIAS) with invited experts from Anti-Doping community organized the educational webinar focusing on Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) procedure and substances included in 2022 WADA Prohibited List. This first webinar of the competition season 2022 raised awareness about changes to glucocorticoids and their related wash-out periods as well as TUE procedure in case of international level athletes who are recommended to submit their TUE application to FIAS.  

The key modifications to the List that came into force from 1st of January 2022 were discussed in details and examples of the medicament which contains the prohibited substances were presented to the audience.

The education was held in online format and FIAS welcomed large number of participants from athletes, coaches and athletes’ support personal SAMBO community.
