New President of Japan Sambo Federation Elected

The FIAS Representative Office in the Russian Federation received a letter from Mr. Nobuyuki Asai, member of FIAS Executive Board. Mr. Nobuyuki Asai informed us that on January 15, 2012 Mr. Masaaki Kondo was appointed as a new President of Japan Sambo Federation through democratic elections.
