FIAS reminds the entire SAMBO community that registration for the THIRD FIAS webinar in cooperation with ComplexCore is open.

ComplexCore offers a holistic approach to the training of the core, upper body and lower body. It presents systemized and goal-oriented variations of exercises and provides support through the planning and the selection of exercises in training and therapy.
