Regulations of the World SAMBO Championships are published on the FIAS website
World SAMBO Championships will be held in Bucharest (Romania) on November 9-11. The best sambists from different countries will compete for the title of the strongest on the planet, as well as for the prize fund, which FIAS set this year in the amount of 216.000 USD.
The 2018 is an anniversary year for SAMBO, so the host-country will probably try to surprise the SAMBO society. And for the athletes themselves, the 80th anniversary of SAMBO will certainly become an additional motivation for winning medals.
