SAMBO is 80 years old!
On behalf of the International SAMBO Federation and on my own, I congratulate sambists from all over the world on this outstanding date – the 80th anniversary of our beautiful sport!
Anniversary will be celebrated today in all countries where our sport is developing. Large SAMBO family celebrates this holiday all over the planet, because SAMBO is cultivated today in 120 countries and is a truly international sport.
Every day the popularity of SAMBO is growing: the number of athletes who have made their choice in favor of this martial art is increasing, the number of fans is growing in all corners of the globe. I am sure our new victories are still ahead!
Happy SAMBO anniversary!
Together we will make SAMBO an Olympic sport!
