Blind Sambist Showed how to Train Outside the Gym

Andrey Demidov is a famous person in the world of Blind SAMBO. It was he who, along with Dmitry Samokhvalov, impressed the audience at the 2019 World SAMBO Championships in the Republic of Korea, making a demonstration performance. Andrey alternates with the most complicated SAMBO techniques with incredible acrobatics, amazing all spectators.

Thematic programs are being shot about him, interviews are being taken from him, and he is actively involved in SAMBO life, even in conditions of restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Once again, Andrey showed that life should go on, no matter what: not quarantine, not closed gyms, not health problems. He conducted a demonstration training on the edge of the football field.

“Friends, do not wait for wrestling mats, do it anywhere, anytime. Walking along the road, develop every day and become stronger!” – Demidov wrote in his Instagram account.

He also expressed gratitude to the sambist who helped him in conducting the training.
