Vasily Shestakov at the open sambo lesson

The FIAS President Vasily Shestakov took part in the open training exercise for the sambo division pupils at the Children and Youth Sports School No. 2 of Kalininsky District of Saint Petersburg (Russia).

Both pupils and famous sportsmen demonstrated technique at the open lesson. By the individual invitation of Vasily Shestakov, two times sambo world champion Tagir Abdulaev and three times sambo world champion Anton Novikov appeared on mats. The champions have demonstrated holds to the children and they trained the throwing technique. Pupils of the Children and Youth Sports School thanked the famous guests and wished to carry on the tradition of the open lessons.
