Balkan SAMBO Championships 2025: Regional Unity and Growth on Display in Panagyurishte

The 2025 Balkan SAMBO Championships was held on November 16 in Panagyurishte, Bulgaria, bringing together 227 athletes from four nations and marking another milestone in the region's sporting cooperation.

The event at Arena Asarel featured competitors from Bulgaria, Moldova, Greece, and North Macedonia. The championship's timing with International SAMBO Day on November 16 added symbolic weight to the occasion, creating what organizers called a "double celebration" for the sport.
