World SAMBO Championships to Be Held in Bishkek and World Cup to Take Place in Dushanbe
The 2025 World SAMBO Championships will be held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The competitions are scheduled for November 7-9. The SAMBO World Cup will be organized for the first time in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, from September 20 to 21.
The decision to amend the International SAMBO Federation (FIAS) calendar was made by members of the FIAS Executive Committee on May 28.
It is worth noting that Bishkek previously hosted the World SAMBO Championships in 2022. For Dushanbe, this year’s World SAMBO Cup will mark its debut as a tournament host.
