It gives the FIAS great pleasure to congratulate the President of Sambo Federation of Belarus on the occasion of his anniversary.
We admire him as a great athlete, a wise teacher, a successful and experienced leader. We have utmost respect for his great physical fitness and personal charm.
On this day we wish Vladimir to see his journey through life accompanied only by bright, sincere and creative things, devoid of all negative and useless.
Be healthy, cheerful and happy.
