FIAS and AIPS sign partnership agreement

The International Amateur Sambo Federation has signed an official partnership agreement with the International Sports Press Association (AIPS).
Secretary General of The International Amateur Sambo Federation, Nicolay Lents signed the agreement on behalf of the FIAS President Vasily Shestakov at the awards ceremony "Silver Doe" in Russian Olympic Committee (Moscow) on Wednesday 20 April 2011.
AIPS President, Gianni Merlo, signed the agreement on behalf of the International Sports Press Association.
Commenting on the new partnership, FIAS President Vasily Shestakov, said: "I am very delighted that FIAS is to become an official partner of the International Sports Press Association. Our task is to charm spectators, teens, youth and media by our SAMBO, to make millions of people worldwide to fall in love with our sport. And it is in reaching this most important goal that I hope to AIPS support".
