FIAS invites sambists to the first ITA Anti-Doping Monthly Webinar in 2024

The International SAMBO Federation invites sambists to join the webinar of the International Testing Agency (ITA) “Clean Sport 101”, which will be held on Tuesday 30 January.

The protection of clean sport will be discussed with ITA Education Ambassadors and former professional athletes Florence Schelling, OLY, and Anita Hartung.

Florence and Anita will share their clean sports experiences and perspectives during and after their athletic careers. Through the lens of athlete rights and responsibilities, we will look at some fundamental clean sport topics, including understanding what happens during the testing process, knowing what substances are prohibited in sports, and providing an overview of the Anti-Doping rules.

At the end of the session, there will also be time to answer your questions live.
