FIAS Releases Secretary Program for Competitions

The International SAMBO Federation has released the "FIAS Secretary Program Lite" for SAMBO competitions. National federations, sports clubs and other organizations can use this software package to organize their tournaments in all SAMBO disciplines. To do this, simply download and install the program on your computers.

"We received a large number of requests from representatives of various national federations asking for the opportunity to hold competitions using the FIAS secretary program. Technically, this was impossible to implement, since this software package is directly linked to the FIAS Database. Therefore, it was decided to develop a program that can operate autonomously and be used by sports organizations at competitions. This is how the FIAS Secretary Program Lite was born," said FIAS Executive Director Sergey Tabakov.

It is based on the FIAS Secretary Program (software suite for holding international competitions). This software suite includes all necessary functions and modules that provide high accuracy and convenience in the organization and conducting of competitions. Its use allows to automate many processes, which greatly facilitates the work of organizers and referees.

Functionality of the FIAS Secretary Program Lite:

Determining of the exact team composition taking part in the competition;

Confirmation/refutation of the declared weight categories of athletes;

Formation of the tournament bracket of competitions for each weight category;

Drawing up and managing the schedules of bouts on the mats;

Broadcasting on monitors the schedules of bouts on mats, as well as the results of bouts in real time;

Formation of the referee team for each mat at the competitions, as well as assigning them to the planned bouts by mat;

Evaluation of the work of referees who took part in the competitions;

Formation of competition score sheets.
