How do you become a 6th degree Sambo Master? Answer – at the FIAS International Seminar for coaches

The FIAS International Seminar for Sambo coaches will be held from December 16 to 21 in Nicosia, Cyprus. Coaches with special training and experience in Sambo are invited to attend the seminar.

The seminar program includes a wide range of practical and theoretical classes, such as Sambo techniques in the standing and lying positions, methods of teaching Sambo techniques, the main points of the “Rules of Judging in Sambo”, special exercises, and much more. Following the international seminar, coaches who successfully pass the exam will be awarded 6th degree Master’s certificates (1st coach category) for two years. Coaches who do not pass or take the exam will be awarded certificates.

To participate in the seminar, coaches must provide a letter of recommendation from the National Sambo Federation – a member or a candidate member of FIAS. Applications from national federations should be sent to FIAS by November 30.
