FIAS International Seminar for Referees and Coaches to Be Held in Yerevan
Ahead of the World Cup in Yerevan, FIAS will hold an International Seminar for referees and coaches. The event will take place on June 5-6 at the Olympavan Sports Complex in the Armenian capital, offering participants an excellent opportunity to enhance their qualifications and sharpen their skills ahead of the major international tournament.
Only referees and coaches officially nominated by their national SAMBO federations are eligible to attend. A mandatory requirement for participation is registration in the FIAS database.
Over the course of two intensive days, attendees will take part in both theoretical and practical sessions aimed at deepening their technical knowledge and improving their refereeing and coaching competencies. Participants who successfully pass the final examination will be awarded a Level 1 coaching qualification or promoted to the next refereeing category.
“The seminar is not only a chance to gain official recognition of one’s knowledge, but also a rare opportunity to exchange experience with colleagues from around the world and align with the current standards of international SAMBO,” said FIAS Executive Director Sergey Tabakov.
Detailed information, including the full program and participant requirements, can be found in the official seminar regulations listed in the FIAS calendar: FIAS International Seminar for Referees and Coaches
