Greek Youth SAMBO Championship Welcomes Combat SAMBO for the First Time

The Greek Youth SAMBO Championship took place on February 7-8 in the city of Amyntaio, bringing together 253 athletes across multiple age categories. 

The tournament marked a significant milestone for Greek SAMBO as Combat SAMBO competitions were held for the first time in the country's championship history.

The competition featured matches in the Cadet, Youth, and Children categories, with the addition of Combat SAMBO adding a new dimension to the national championship. Athletes competed for the opportunity to represent Greece at upcoming international SAMBO tournaments.

The winners and medalists of the championship have been selected to join the Greek national team for future international competitions.
