World Youth and Junior SAMBO Championships to be held in Bishkek
The World Youth and Junior SAMBO Championships will be held on October 6-8 in the capital of Kyrgyzstan – the city of Bishkek. The corresponding decision was made by the members of the Executive Committee of the International SAMBO Federation. Youth (W&W) and juniors (W&W) will take part in Sport SAMBO competitions. In addition, juniors will compete in a Combat SAMBO tournament.
Recall that in 2022 Bishkek was the venue for the main start of the year in the FIAS calendar – the World SAMBO Championships. Then sambists from 50 countries of the world, as well as a team of refugees fought for the opportunity to rise to the coveted pedestal. In total, about 500 participants came to the World Championships.
