Regulations for the African SAMBO Championships have been published

The African SAMBO Championships will be held in Guinea for the first time. Competitions in Sport, Combat, and Beach SAMBO will be held from May 24 to 26 in the capital of the country, Conakry. The venue for the tournament will be the Palace of Sports at the 28 September Stadium in Conakry.

The medals of the African Championships will be awarded in the following weight categories:

Sport SAMBO (men): 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, 98 kg, +98 kg

Sport SAMBO (women): 50 kg, 59 kg, 65 kg, 72 kg, 80 kg, +80 kg

Combat SAMBO (men): 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, 98 kg, +98 kg

Combat SAMBO (women): 50 kg, 59 kg, 65 kg, 72 kg, 80 kg

Beach SAMBO (men): 58 kg, 71 kg, 88 kg, +88 kg

Beach SAMBO (women): 50 kg, 59 kg, 72 kg, +72 kg
