Regulations and Conditions for Participation in the World SAMBO Super Cup 2022

The World SAMBO Super Cup "Memorial to the SAMBO Founders" will be held in Moscow from 25 to 26 of March. The competition, previously known as the Kharlampiev Memorial, has changed its name this year. Another feature of the tournament, which will be held at the Luzhniki Sports Palace, is the holding of the first ever international SAMBO tournament among the blind and visually impaired within its framework.

The regulation on holding the World SAMBO Super Cup "Memorial to the SAMBO Founders" is published on the event page in the calendar of the FIAS website.

Competitions will be held in the following weight categories:

- Men: 58, 64, 71, 79, 88, 98, over 98 kg;

- Women: 50, 54, 59, 65, 72, 80, over 80 kg;

− Combat SAMBO: 58, 64, 71, 79, 88, 98, over 98 kg;

− SAMBO for the blind and visually impaired, class SVI-1 (blind) - 64, 71, 79, 88, 98 kg;

− SAMBO for the blind and visually impaired, class SVI-2 (visually impaired) - 58, 64, 71, 79, over 98 kg.

Number of athletes from the country: no more than 1 in each weight category (2 people in class SVI-1 (blind)).

Registration of delegations is carried out only with the help of an electronic system: FIAS Database. The admission of athletes to competitions will be carried out only through this database.

For visa support, representatives of national SAMBO federations need to send scans of passports of all members of the delegations, indicating the dates of arrival and departure, to eurosambo@gmail.com by 19.02.2022.

In order to obtain accreditation, media representatives should first fill out the appropriate form in the "Media Center" - "Accreditation" section on the official FIAS website www.sambo.sport, indicating in the "Comments" section the name of the competition - the World Sambo Super Cup "Memorial to the Sambo Founders". The form must be filled out no later than March 22, 2022, and the accreditation form (full name, name of publication, contact phone number) should be duplicated to the email of the press service of the All-Russian Sambo Federation prsambo.ru@gmail.com.

The World SAMBO Super Cup "Memorial to the SAMBO Founders" is included in the list of FIAS rating tournaments. The conditions for obtaining and the procedure for calculating rating points are carried out in accordance with the FIAS Rating for 2022. Read more:
