Fifth Asian Beach Games in Da Nang: interviews and videos of champions of the third day of the SAMBO tournament
Unurjargall Boldpurev (Mongolia) — +90 kg

"I really liked beach SAMBO: everything is quick and concrete. And interestingly, the rules are very similar to Mongolian national wrestling — you fall, you lose, so Mongolians have more of an affinity to beach SAMBO. I don't know about beach SAMBO, but I will definitely continue to engage in sports SAMBO.
Nga Ha Thi (Vietnam) — +72 kg

"I'm very proud that I had such an opportunity to represent Vietnam at such serious Asian competitions. Certainly, I am happy with this win, especially because in the final I managed to beat a strong and experienced Japanese sambist. I am very grateful to the International SAMBO Federation, and the Executive Director of FIAS in particular, who was here at seminars and described in detail and showed us the nuances of the rules and techniques of beach SAMBO. That is why, the fight was easy today. I plan to continue practicing SAMBO. I like it a lot, but this medal is driving me forward even more."
