Canada Hosts National Refereeing Seminar
The Canadian United SAMBO Federation organized a refereeing seminar in Toronto on March 22-23. The event brought together coaches, athletes, and officials from clubs across the country.
During the seminar, participants explored the key aspects of refereeing in Sport SAMBO and Combat SAMBO, exchanged hands-on experience, and worked through the finer points of applying competition rules.

The open format of the event encouraged lively discussion among attendees – both those taking their first steps in officiating and seasoned professionals alike.

“Events like this play an important role in building a unified, high-quality refereeing culture within the national SAMBO community and contribute to the growth of the sport throughout the country,” the national federation stated.
