Venezuela Hosted a Qualifying Tournament for the Formation of the National Team

The city of Los Taques in the state of Falcon became the venue for the national qualifying tournament for the formation of the Venezuelan national team. Based on the results of the competitions, athletes were determined to represent the country at the Pan American SAMBO Championships and the World SAMBO Championships.

According to the Venezuelan SAMBO Federation, 127 athletes from 13 states of the country took part in the tournament, which took place from March 22 to March 27. Competitions were held in Sports, Combat and Beach SAMBO - among men and women in each of the disciplines.
