Some plates contain the name of the car dealership which sold the car, others contain the car name, and sambo amateurs have a current opportunity to get the plate of the International Federation of Sambo (FIAS). Today, such plates are available only to a few lucky ones, but it is possible that they will come into mass circulation in the future.
