Judges of the 2013 World Sambo Championship

The panel of judges has been determined for the World Sambo Championship to be held in November. The main list includes 33 referees from various corners of the world. If one of them is unable to take part in the tournament for some reason, a colleague from the reserve list will come to his aid. Please note that according to the rules “the moves of fighters are evaluated by a neutral panel of judges: the mat chairman, referee and side judge, who represent three different teams”. While the Sambo fighters prepare in gyms and actively train, the referees hone their skills at seminars and with the help of study materials. Each participant in the world championship should show up in the best possible shape.
