Bathishig KHURELDORJ in the "Way of the Champion" project: determined and courageous Heschke

The 16th episode of the series “Way of the Champion”, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of SAMBO, was released on the Sambo.Live video portal. The hero of the issue is the World SAMBO champion from Mongolia Bathishig Khureldorj.

Easily jumping into the saddle, Heschke – that’s what Bathishig’s friends and relatives call her – rapidly rushes through the surrounding fields and hills, cutting through the thick and tart air filled with the smell of flowering herbs, almost like in childhood: when they grazed horses, rode them a lot, drank fresh kumis and picked berries... The decisive and brave girl Heshke from the Mongolian aimag of Bulgan grew up in a large family. In her youth, her brothers supported her passion for wrestling, but her mother was against it.
