World Sambo Cup to be held in Kyrgyzstan
The World Sambo Cup will be held in Kyrgyzstan on August 22-23. The tournament in Sport and Combat SAMBO among men and women will be held in the city of Cholpon-Ata. After the end of the competition, a seminar for referees and a sports camp for coaches and athletes will be held.
Athletes (not younger than 2005) of national teams representing national SAMBO federations that are members of FIAS will be able to take part in the World SAMBO Cup in Kyrgyzstan. No more than 2 athletes per country are allowed to participate in each weight category.
Applications for participation in the competitions are submitted by the national SAMBO federations no later than August 1, 2023 in accordance with the Regulations. Registration of teams for the Competition is carried out through the FIAS online system: FIAS DATABASE

Let us recall that this year two World SAMBO Cups are scheduled in the FIAS international calendar. The first of them will be held in Kyrgyzstan in August and the second – in Serbian Novi Sad in September.
