World SAMBO Cup to be held in Serbia

The World Sambo Cup will be held in Serbia on September 23-24. The tournament in Sport and Combat SAMBO among men and women will be held in the city of Novi Sad at the SPENS arena, well known to sambists.

Athletes of national teams representing national SAMBO federations that are members of FIAS will be able to take part in the World SAMBO Cup in Serbia. No more than 2 athletes per country are allowed to participate in each weight category.

Applications for participation in competitions are submitted by national SAMBO federations no later than August 20, 2023 in accordance with the Regulations. Registration of teams for the Competition is carried out through the FIAS online system: FIAS DATABASE

Let us recall that this year two World SAMBO Cups are scheduled in the FIAS international calendar. The first of them will be held in Kyrgyzstan in August, the second – in Serbian Novi Sad in September.
