The Netherlands hosted national championship and welcome everyone to take part in Dutch Open

Dutch national championship in sambo sports style and combat sambo was held in Dedemsvaart on February 18. More than 90 athletes from various regions of the country took part in the tournament.

Competitions were held in different age and weight categories. At the end of the day, the winners and medalists were decided in 14 weight categories among children, cadets, youth, juniors and seniors, as well as in 2 weight categories in combat sambo. All winners qualified for the national team, they are expected to participate in World and European Sambo Championships.

Dutch Sambo Federation is planning to host yet another tournament in the near future. Dutch Open in sambo sports style and in combat sambo will be held in Dalfsen. The hosts welcome everyone interested to take part in these competitions.
