SAMBO Coach Assistant Course Wraps Up Successfully in Turkey
Istanbul's Üsküdar district hosted a Level 1 SAMBO Coach Assistant course from December 8 to 13. The rigorous six-day program blended comprehensive theoretical instruction with intensive practical matwork sessions.

Organizers reported highly motivated participants, noting their eagerness to actively promote the sport within athletic clubs across various Turkish regions.

The schedule dedicated five days to intensive training, culminating in a final day of examinations to assess the newly acquired skills. A total of 25 participants successfully completed the course and earned their SAMBO Coach Assistant qualifications.

This marks the second such coaching course held in Turkey this year. Educational initiatives are set to continue and expand in 2026, with plans for additional SAMBO coach and referee training programs across the country.
