The seven-time World SAMBO Champion Artyom Osipenko will be the standard-bearer of the Russian national team at the opening ceremony of the European Games in Minsk.

“The ceremonial farewell of the Russian Olympic team to Minsk will be held on June 16 as part of the All-Russian Olympic Day, which will be held in the Luzhniki sports complex. The seven-time World SAMBO Champion Artyom Osipenko will be the standard-bearer of the Russian national team at the opening ceremony of the II European Games, ” the website of the Russian Olympic Committee reports.
