Another SAMBO School at the University opened in Nicaragua

The city of Matagalpa has become a new point of development for SAMBO in Nicaragua. Here, in the branch of the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua, on May 12, another SAMBO school was opened. This event is part of a large work carried out by the Nicaraguan SAMBO Federation to develop this sport in the country.

“We believe that attracting students to SAMBO will serve as a good advertisement for our favorite sport and will allow it to be widely popularized in Nicaragua. As you know, students are one of the most active members of society, who exchange information with each other a lot and often. The more educational institutions cultivate SAMBO, the more widespread it will become in the country,” said the President of the Nicaraguan SAMBO Federation, Kai Usseda.

Let us remind you that a month earlier a SAMBO school at the university was opened in the capital of the country – the city of Managua. It was there, on the university campus of the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua, that on May 15 the sambists held their next open lesson. During the event, athletes demonstrated their technique, and all interested students had the opportunity to enroll in a SAMBO school at the university.
