To the attention of the participants of the World SAMBO Championships 2022!

The 2022 World SAMBO Championships will be held from 11 to 13 November in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan). This is the main sporting event of the year in the FIAS calendar. At the tournament, special attention will be paid to the sportswear of the competitors, including backnumbers on jackets.

If a participant’s jacket does not have a backnumber, or it does not meet the requirements set out in the FIAS Specification Sheet for Backnumber Manufacturing, such an athlete will not be allowed to participate in fights on the mat.

Please, be careful and bring the sports uniform for the tournament in the proper form before the start of the competition!
